Free Bibles for Baptism

Through a programme of the Canadian Bible Society called “Presenting the Word” your church can receive free bibles to present to children or adults at their baptism.

Designed to encourage the use of the Scriptures, the program strives to ensure children, youth and adults find hope and power in Scripture to strengthen and nourish their faith journey. To do this, the CanadianBibles from the Canadian Bible Society for Baptism Bible Society provides personalized, age-appropriate bibles to partner congregations as a free gift.

If your church would like to appoint a Bible Society Congregational Representative, the Bible Society would be delighted to work with that person in arranging for these resources before each baptism.

The Canadian Bible Society is located at 225 10th St NW, in Calgary’s Kensington area. There is parking available in the alley behind the store.

For more information visit the society’s website.
